- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days across India.
- Express Delivery (Optional): 2–3 business days (charges apply).
- Timelines may vary depending on courier availability and location.

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping for prepaid orders above ₹1,999.
- ₹99 shipping charge for orders below ₹1,999.
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders attract a ₹50 convenience fee.

Serviceable Areas
- We deliver across India via trusted logistics partners. International shipping will be introduced soon.

Tracking
- After dispatch, you’ll receive an email and SMS with tracking details. Track orders from "My Orders" on our site.

Packaging
